We’ll email your color 3D preview. Reply with any changes before approving it.
If we haven’t heard back after 3 days, we’ll send one reminder. After another 3 days without a reply, we’ll proceed with the preview you last saw and let you know.
You can cancel for a full refund before you approve, or before that no-reply period ends. After approval, including approval under that rule, production begins and cancellation is no longer available.
