Custom figurines and keychains are made to order from the photos you provide. By ordering, you commission a one-of-a-kind piece created specifically for you. The listed price covers the entire process: photo review, 3D modeling, printing, hand-painting and packaging.

You confirm you own the rights to any photo you upload (or have permission to use it). You grant us a limited license to use the photo to review, model and make your order.

Sharing them publicly is a separate choice. If you allow filming when ordering, the making-of clip may include your reference photos and finished piece. We won't use them in other marketing without separate permission. See our Privacy Policy.

Chibi figurines are a stylized, artistic interpretation of your pet — not a photographic replica. The result depends on the quality of your photo (clarity, angle, lighting). Minor variations in color and texture are natural characteristics of hand-painted pieces, not defects.

Every order includes a color 3D preview. If we haven't heard from you 3 days after sending it, we'll send one reminder. If there's still no reply after another 3 days, we'll begin production using the last preview and let you know. Any reply stops this no-reply countdown. Your approval starts production. You can cancel for a full refund before approval or, if you haven't replied, before the no-reply period ends.

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify Payments, or by PayPal if you choose it. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if one affects your order.

Everything on this site that isn't yours (designs, text, images, logo) is ours. Please don't reuse it commercially without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
