Welcome to PawChibi. By placing an order on pawchibi.com you agree to these terms — written in plain English, because nobody's pet ever read legalese.
1. Custom products
Custom figurines are made to order from the photos you provide. By ordering, you commission a one-of-a-kind piece manufactured specifically for you. The listed price covers the entire process: photo review, 3D modeling, printing, hand-painting and packaging.
2. Your photos
You confirm you own the rights to any photo you upload (or have permission to use it). You grant us a limited license to use the photo solely to produce your order. We won't use your photo or your finished figurine in marketing without your separate permission — see our Privacy Policy.
3. Likeness & craft variations
Chibi figurines are a stylized, artistic interpretation of your pet — not a photographic replica. The result depends on the quality of your photo (clarity, angle, lighting). Minor variations in color and texture are natural characteristics of hand-painted pieces, not defects.
4. Orders, cancellation & returns
Cancellation windows, our Remake Promise, and refund rules are set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms. Shipping timelines and rates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify Payments. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if one affects your order.
6. Our content
Everything on this site that isn't yours (designs, text, images, logo) is ours. Please don't reuse it commercially without permission.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
