The photos you have
Older photos are usually enough.
You don’t need new pictures. The ones already on your phone, in a family album, or saved from a video usually tell us what we need: the markings, the colors, the way they held their head. If the clearest photo you have is a little soft or dark, send more rather than fewer (up to six), and tell us what mattered most. A real person looks at every set before anything is made, and if something’s missing, we’ll ask.

We take extra care, and we take our time.

Tell us they’ve passed
When we ask their age, choose “Pet has passed away.” That tells our artisans to take extra care, and filming the piece stays off unless you choose it.

See it before it’s made
A color 3D preview arrives by email about 3–5 days after you order. Tell us what to change, and we’ll send a new preview.

Take the time you need
Not ready to look yet? Reply and say so, and we’ll wait. Any reply stops the clock, however short. We only go ahead on our own if we hear nothing at all: one reminder 3 days after your preview, then 3 days later we go ahead with the preview you last saw and let you know.

After you approve, it’s printed in solid resin, sanded and painted by hand, and arrives about 4 weeks later in our signature pink PawChibi box.

Making one for someone you love?
Ask gently first; some people want to see their pet’s face every day, and some need time. Use your own email when you order, so the preview comes to you, and decide together who should see it first. Since it arrives about 4 weeks after the preview is approved, it’s a gift for the weeks after, not the first days.

It’s a chibi figurine: cute on purpose, and recognizably them. We focus on the things that make them unmistakable, and you see a color preview before anything is printed.
How long does it take?
Your color preview arrives about 3–5 days after you order; the finished piece arrives about 4 weeks after you approve it. Rush (+$19.99 per order) takes about a week off the crafting.
