If you approve your preview today, October 5…
About four weeks after you approve; about three with Rush. Remote addresses and customs can add a few days.
Your four weeks start the day you approve — not at checkout. Taking your time with the preview costs you nothing; we don't start the clock until you're happy with it.
If we haven't heard back 3 days after your preview, we send one reminder; 3 days after that, we go ahead with the preview you last saw and let you know.
Rush. Rush skips the wait, not the work — about 1 week of crafting instead of about 2, with the same sanding, painting and final check.

- One flat rate, wherever we ship. There's no free-shipping threshold to chase.
- Transit time counts from the day your piece leaves the studio — crafting time isn't included. Remote addresses and customs processing can add a few days.
- Prices and shipping are shown and charged in US dollars.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and DC, and to many countries worldwide. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses right now. If your address is accepted at checkout, we can get it there.
Sending it straight to someone else? Put their address at checkout — the preview and the progress photos still come to your inbox, not theirs.
The box has no price tag inside, and nothing on the outside shows what you paid.
Rush is a separate $19.99 — it buys crafting time, not shipping.
Customs & duties
- US orders
- Nothing extra to pay at your door on a normal US order.If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, reply to your shipping email before you pay it and we'll sort it out.
- Outside the US
- Some countries charge import tax or duty on arrival. Those are set by your local customs and paid by the recipient — they don't come to us.
Tracking, lost parcels and address changes
Order tracking
Your shipping email has the tracking number. The first carrier scan can take a few days to appear — that's normal, and the parcel is already moving.
Lost in transit
If tracking hasn't moved for 15 days, tell us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, we remake and reship it free, or refund you in full. Getting it to you is on us, not on you.
Tracking says delivered but you can't find it? Check with neighbors or your building's front desk and give it 48 hours — then tell us within 14 days and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
Need to change your address?
Check your address at checkout. You can change it any time before your piece ships — once it's with the carrier, it can't be redirected. If the carrier can't deliver because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll try to have it redelivered to the corrected address for a $19.99 reshipping fee. If the parcel can't be recovered, we'll remake it for a $49 remake fee plus $19.99 shipping.
