After your photo passes our 24-hour review and you approve your free 3D preview, your figurine is printed, hand-sanded, hand-painted and quality-checked. Need it sooner? Rush Creation cuts crafting to 1 week for $19.99.

Once your piece passes final inspection, it's carefully packaged and handed to our logistics partners. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Typically, no additional customs charges apply for standard personal orders.

Some countries may charge import taxes or duties on arrival; these are the recipient's responsibility.

Order tracking
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier's first tracking update.
Lost in transit?
If your tracking shows no movement for 15+ days, contact us — we'll open an investigation with the carrier right away. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll remake and reship it free, or refund you in full. Your piece reaching you is our responsibility, not yours.
Need to change your address?
Double-check your address at checkout. Contact us any time before your order ships — once a package is in transit, carriers can't redirect it. If a package is returned or lost because the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we'll gladly remake and reship it — a reshipping fee of $19.99 applies.
