Privacy Policy

• Order information — your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments or, if you choose it, PayPal — we never see or store your full card number).
• Your pet's photos — the photos you upload when placing a custom order.
• Messages — anything you send us via the contact form or email.
• Basic usage data — device and browsing data collected by cookies to keep the store working, understand how visitors use it, and measure and show our ads.

Your photos help us review, model and make your order. Sharing them publicly is a separate choice. If you allow filming when ordering, the making-of clip may include your reference photos and finished piece. We won't use them in other marketing without separate permission.

We share your photos with the production team working on your order. We will never sell your photos. You can request deletion of your photos at any time after your order is complete.

We share data only with services required to run the store and fulfill your order: Shopify (store platform and payments), PayPal (if you pay with it), Upload-Lift (photo uploads and storage), the business email and order-tracking tools we use to handle your order, our reviews app (Loox), our email service (Klaviyo — marketing emails, only if you subscribed), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), advertising partners (such as Google, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok) that use cookies and similar technologies to measure our ads and show you relevant ads on other sites and apps, and our production and logistics partners (name, shipping address and order details only). We do not sell your personal information. Under some US state laws, letting advertising partners collect data through cookies can count as “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page.

You'll only receive marketing emails if you subscribe, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@pawchibi.com. Residents of certain regions (including California and the EU/UK) have additional statutory rights, which we honor. You can also opt out of data sharing on our Your Privacy Choices page.

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
