Every figurine is designed from your pet's photo, made for you and only you — so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Here's what we do instead.
⏰ 1 · Free cancellation — until you approve your preview
Cancel or change your order (photo, size, style) for a full refund any time before you approve your 3D preview — nothing is printed until you say yes, so nothing is lost. If our photo review finds an issue, we'll contact you to swap the photo or cancel with a full refund.
If we can't reach you: 3 days after your preview is sent we'll email a reminder; if we still haven't heard back 3 days after the reminder, we'll proceed with the current preview so your order stays on schedule — this counts as approval for the steps below.
Once you approve your preview, your piece goes into production — printing, hand-sanding and hand-painting begin — and the order can no longer be cancelled. From there, the Remake Promise below has you covered.
💝 2 · The PawChibi Remake Promise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us with photos of the item and packaging within 14 days of delivery. We'll take it from there:

We recreate your piece at no cost — materials, labor and shipping all on us. One free remake per order.
🚫 3 · What isn't covered
- Change of mind — or a recipient who'd have preferred socks (we doubt it).
- Likeness expectations — chibi style is an artistic, stylized interpretation, and the result depends on your photo's clarity, angle and lighting. See our photo tips before ordering.
- Minor hand-finishing variations in color or texture — they're what makes your piece one of a kind.
- Damage from drops or misuse after delivery.
