Every piece follows five steps: our artisans design your pet's model from your photos → you approve a free 3D preview by email (within 3–5 days, unlimited tweaks) → it's 3D-printed in durable resin, hollow-cast to stay feather-light → hand-sanded and hand-painted, one at a time → quality-checked and packed. About 2 weeks of crafting before it ships — or 1 week with Rush.

Cancel anytime before you approve your preview — full refund, no questions. After approval, your piece goes into production and can no longer be cancelled.

Is the hardware sturdy?
Yes — a solid metal clasp and keyring, made for daily keys-and-bag duty (and the occasional zoomies).
Do I get to approve the design before it's made?
Yes — always. Within 3–5 days of ordering you'll get a free 3D preview by email. Request as many tweaks as you like — nothing is printed until you say it's perfect. If we can't reach you for 6 days after your preview lands (we'll remind you on day 3), we'll proceed with the current design so your finish date holds.
Can you replicate my pet's exact markings?
Spots, patches, odd-colored eyes, that one folded ear — send clear photos and our artisans will hand-paint them in.
Can I make one of a pet who has passed away?
We'd be honored. Many keychains are memorial pieces — older photos work fine, and we'll handle yours with extra care.
How big is it?
Two sizes: 2.4 in — classic keychain scale — or 3.1 in for extra presence on a bag. Both unmistakably them.
Is it safe on a collar or leash?
The clasp holds firm on leashes and bags. For chewy friends, we'd keep it on your side of the leash. 😉
How long until it arrives?
About 4 weeks standard: up to 2 weeks of modeling, printing and hand-painting (just 1 week with Rush), then about 15 days of tracked shipping.
