If your dog cannot be at the reception, a small figure can give them a place in the celebration. Think of your own beagle, with the crooked ear and one white toe, painted from photos already on your phone. If you arrived here looking for a cake topper, there is one important distinction: our painted resin figures are decorative keepsakes, not pieces designed for food contact. Plan a separate display beside the cake, not on it.
It’s the same piece we make for shelves and desks. Send front, side and back photos, with up to three extra close-ups. We email a color 3D preview in about 3–5 days after ordering. Crafting takes about 2 weeks after approval, followed by about 15 days of tracked shipping. Leave extra time for a date-specific gift; these are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. After the celebration, the piece can stay on a shelf.
Our current range is custom pet figurines and keychains. We only make pets, never people — so this one is all about your dog.
A place for your dog at the celebration
Venue rules or your dog’s comfort may mean leaving them at home. A small display on the cake table, away from food, is one way to include a reminder of them.
The point of a custom piece is a particular dog, not simply a breed. It might be the one who was there for the proposal, or the one who shared the apartment long before the wedding. Their tail, markings and expression are the details you can point out in your photos.
Custom vs. the one from the party store
A ready-made figure can suggest a breed. A custom piece starts with the details of your own dog. Those details often fall into three groups:
- Markings. Where the white starts on the chest, the patch over one eye, the split face on a merle. Our team works from your photos.
- Proportions. Ours are chibi-style: a larger head and smaller body. It is an artistic interpretation, not a photo-accurate scale model.
- The detail you notice. A harness, a collar or an ear that stands halfway up. Add it to the notes when you order so the team can assess how to represent it at this size.
Which size fits your display?
Measure the space where you plan to display it. Both sizes use the same chibi design approach.
- 2.4 in fits a small place setting or a compact shelf after the celebration.
- 3.1 in has more presence on a display table or a larger shelf.
If you are unsure, mark both heights on a ruler beside your planned display. Choose the one that fits the space you have.
Working backwards from the wedding date
Allow time for each stage:
- About 3–5 days from ordering for the color 3D preview. Reply to that email with any changes.
- About 2 weeks after approval for printing, sanding, painting and checking.
- About 15 days after crafting for tracked shipping.
Revisions and the time spent reviewing your preview can affect the overall schedule. Rush Creation is optional at $19.99 per order. It changes crafting from about 2 weeks to about 1 week; it does not speed up the preview or shipping.
For a wedding or another fixed date, contact us before ordering. Leave room for delays; we cannot guarantee arrival for a particular event.
One practical thing before the big day
Keep the figure separate from food. PawChibi figurines are painted resin display pieces. They are not designed or verified for food contact. Do not place one directly on a cake, frosting or other food.
A sheet of parchment, a disc or a topper base does not establish food-contact safety. Use a stable, separate place beside the cake, away from plates and serving areas, and keep the figure for display afterward.

You can cancel for a full refund until you approve the color 3D preview. If you do not reply, that option ends when the no-reply period below expires. If we have not heard back after 3 days, we send one reminder. After another 3 days without a reply, we proceed with the latest preview and email you. Any reply pauses that clock. Once you approve, or the no-reply period ends, the order enters production and can no longer be cancelled. Read the cancellation and remake policy.
